**Casual Cleaner - Norse TFM**

- **Salary**: £11.44 per hour
- **Hours per week**: Casual
- **Shift Pattern**: Monday to Sunday

Our Norse Group TFM Division are a lead FM services provider across Norfolk, specialising in a range of Soft and Hard TFM services on behalf of Norfolk County Council. We currently have a great opportunity for a cleaner to join our established team at Cromer Hospital on a casual basis.

**The Role**

Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.

Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

**Your Experience**:
If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage however, at Norse we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate:

- Experience working in a role that effects members of the public
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work autonomously, as an individual and as part of a team
- Capable of managing your own workload
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety guidelines / legislation would be an advantage
