The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, alongside a background in taxation or finance. A demonstrated capability to formulate financial and operational strategies to meet business objectives and evaluate essential financial performance metrics is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Directors and Senior Managers to propel strategic projects
  • Formulate financial and operational strategies to fulfill long-term business objectives
  • Execute business evaluations and relay progress to senior leadership
  • Discover avenues for business enhancement through financial assessments
  • Uphold a robust financial control framework

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business
  • Background in taxation, finance, or a comparable domain
  • Experience in finance and accounting positions
  • Familiarity with financial performance metrics and data evaluation
  • Proven track record in process enhancements and automation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or CPA certification
  • Proficiency in SQL/ETL
  • Experience in recognizing and addressing intricate business challenges
