Job Title: Global Customer Marketing Manager

At IFS, we're seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of our customers' needs and a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to deliver globally consistent marketing programs.
  • Design and manage the production of high-value content, including advertising, direct mail, and digital content.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Support the optimization and fine-tuning of campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer-centricity.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing platforms and their application in sourcing, nurturing, and accelerating sales journeys.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
