About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Practitioner Apprentice to join our team at AWE. As a Quality Practitioner Apprentice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, while also gaining valuable experience and skills in quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate risk prevention events and undertake audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Use innovative solutions to solve significant business problems and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and review processes and procedures to ensure quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

About You:

  • IT literate with good communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to concentrate for long periods
  • Logical and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Passion and motivation for quality management

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English
  • 1 A Level or equivalent Grade C or above (preferred not mandatory)
  • Aged 18 or over, as of 31st August 2025, due to security clearance requirements
  • British National
