About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our Quality function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet our customers' and stakeholders' expectations.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing our processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review processes and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English
  • 1 A Level or equivalent Grade C or above (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over, as of 31st August 2025, due to security clearance requirements
  • You must be a British National to apply for a role with us
