About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our delivery team at Erin Associates. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Business Analysts, identifying opportunities to improve the business analysis service, and advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by implementing changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to deliver business analysis activities in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes, documenting the 'As-Is', 'To Be', and 'Gap'.
  • Assist in translating complex business and technical issues into understandable concepts for all audiences.
  • Liaise with various functions within the business to facilitate the implementation of new or improved operational processes, systems, and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Team Leadership/Management/Mentoring experience.
  • Analysis of system requirements, business process modeling/mapping (using BPMN), methodology development, data analysis and modeling, and wireframes.
  • Demonstrable experience of creating Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams, and documenting Acceptance Criteria using MoSCoW.
  • Process and Business Improvement.
  • Experience developing storyboards and/or proof of concepts.
  • Operational experience.
  • Agile/Waterfall.
