About the Role
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to deliver business analysis activities in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes, documenting the 'As-Is', 'To Be', and 'Gap'.
  • Assist in translating complex business and technical issues into understandable concepts for all audiences.
  • Liaise with various functions within the business to facilitate implementation of new or improved operational processes, systems, and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a BA role.
  • Team Leadership/Management/Mentoring experience.
  • Analysis of system requirements, business process modelling/mapping, methodology development, data analysis and modelling, and wireframes.
  • Demonstrable experience of creating Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams, and documenting Acceptance Criteria using MoSCoW.
  • Process and Business Improvement.
  • Experience developing storyboards and/or proof of concepts.
  • Operational experience.
  • Agile/Waterfall.
