Head of Learning & Development

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Learning & Development to lead our dedicated team in shaping the future of learning and development within Sonderwell. This is a unique opportunity to build upon existing successes and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of training and development.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Statutory and Mandatory Training: Ensure compliance with mandatory and statutory requirements by proactively managing training schedules, maintaining employee records, and reporting on training data.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Identify current and future skills gaps within the organization and develop tailored learning strategies and programs to address these needs.
  • Solution Development and Management: Build strategic partnerships with trainers and suppliers to deliver high-quality training solutions. Manage schedules, deadlines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learning & Development Culture: Foster a culture of learning and development within Sonderwell by promoting best practices, providing mentorship opportunities, and encouraging professional growth.
