Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Facilities Management fire stopping Project Department, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to onboard new projects, analyzing requirements for the FM job.
  • Manage David, scheduling regular meetings to ensure all tasks are met in time.
  • Find and engage contractors, chasing quotes and managing queries.
  • Update the quote system, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Send quotes to clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project progressions using Excel spreadsheets daily, producing weekly work-in-progress reports for senior management teams.
  • Respond to client requests, allocating engineers to projects across the UK.
  • Manage all project documentation from start to finish, ensuring clear audit trails of project scopes.
  • Raise invoices upon project completion or phase completion, in line with client contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in using bespoke job tracking systems and Excel spreadsheets.
