About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor, you will be responsible for providing full Occupational Health Treatment services, conducting wellbeing assessments, and providing professional advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing full Occupational Health Treatment services in line with client contracts
  • Conducting wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice, and education, and health surveillance
  • Providing safety critical medicals, travel health, travel assessments, and vaccinations
  • Providing professional advice, support, and guidance to clients
  • Assessing new clients and fitness to work for the appropriate job role
  • Providing health surveillance and supporting the Occupational Health Manager to advise, monitor, and assess the clinical practice of the team
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health
  • At least 2 years UK experience working in A&E or Intensive care in the UK
  • Experience working within an Occupational Health setting
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
