About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full occupational health treatment services in line with client contracts
  • Conduct wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice, and education, as well as health surveillance
  • Perform safety-critical medicals, travel health, travel assessments, and vaccinations
  • Offer professional advice, support, and guidance to clients
  • Assess new clients and determine their fitness to work for specific job roles
  • Provide health surveillance and support the Occupational Health Manager in advising, monitoring, and assessing clinical practice
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health
  • At least 2 years of experience working in A&E or Intensive care in the UK
  • Experience working within an Occupational Health setting
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
