About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Ward Manager to oversee our client's 12-bed male acute unit at a well-established mental health hospital. This facility provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist mental health services for adults within a secure and supportive setting.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Ward Manager to take on a key leadership role within our male acute unit. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of patient care and contributing to the ongoing success of our services.

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team.
  • Oversee and implement individualized patient care plans with a focus on recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Mentor and support staff, fostering their professional development.
