The Role: Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, fostering their independence, and enriching their lives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care, including assistance with meals, housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
  • Accompany individuals to social events, recreational activities, and hobbies, promoting their engagement and enjoyment.
  • Support individuals in developing new skills and fostering meaningful relationships within the community.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the well-being and dignity of each individual.
