This role will involve overseeing the comprehensive fit-out of facilities, upgrading essential infrastructure such as HVAC and WIFI systems, and transitioning from manual to automated filling lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, Planning, and Environmental Health & Safety.
  • Oversee complex projects utilizing a structured project management framework to establish milestones and ensure successful outcomes while adhering to time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate communication regarding project progress with relevant internal departments and site leadership.
  • Assume full responsibility for project delivery and accountability.
  • Engage in activities such as planning project tasks, managing financial budgets, and coordinating regular meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders, along with documenting meeting outcomes.
  • Supervise external contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to implement effective strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee purchasing processes via the SAP system.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets comprehensively.
  • Work closely with site Quality Assurance and Validation teams to ensure compliance and standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in Project Management or Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment is essential.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
  • Strong understanding of structured project management principles, engineering practices, design processes, procurement, safety regulations, construction, and installation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, particularly in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

This position offers a contract outside of IR35 regulations with potential for hybrid working arrangements.
