About the Role
Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks Franchisee, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to create an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of baristas to deliver high-quality customer service and products
- Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities to drive store profitability and business growth
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties, upholding operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety of all partners
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to guide great shifts, provide support to partners, and inspire the Starbucks Experience for both partners and customers
- Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results
- Support the growth of partners through performance and development, coaching, and developing your team
- Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance
