Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Solutions Consultant to join our team at InfraView. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients on Microsoft Azure and M365 solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and technical architecture. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Architecture: Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and M365.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Pre-Sales: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud infrastructure technologies and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Consultative Approach: Provide consultative advice to clients on cloud infrastructure solutions, taking into account their business needs and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365, including IaaS and PaaS.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
