Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Accruals and Prepayments: Manage the preparation of accruals and prepayments.
  • Forecasting: Develop weekly financial forecasts.
  • Margin Analysis: Generate monthly margin reports and investigate any variances against targets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Create weekly cash flow forecasts and provide explanations for variances from prior forecasts.
  • Sales Reporting: Oversee sales order intake reporting.
  • VAT Analysis: Conduct VAT analysis as required.
  • Budget Support: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the organization.
  • Audit Assistance: Support the annual external audit process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and accuracy.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support and undertake various tasks as needed by the business.
