Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Accruals and Prepayments: Manage the preparation of accruals and prepayments.
- Forecasting: Develop weekly financial forecasts.
- Margin Analysis: Generate monthly margin reports and investigate any variances against targets.
- Cash Flow Management: Create weekly cash flow forecasts and provide explanations for variances from prior forecasts.
- Sales Reporting: Oversee sales order intake reporting.
- VAT Analysis: Conduct VAT analysis as required.
- Budget Support: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the organization.
- Audit Assistance: Support the annual external audit process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and accuracy.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support and undertake various tasks as needed by the business.
