About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss Limited. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain visual standards, ensuring that the store is presented in a clean, tidy, and visually appealing manner.
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting the brand and its values to customers and colleagues alike.
