About the Role:
The Project Secretary plays a crucial role in the establishment, management, and distribution of project deliverables across various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering administrative support to the project client team
- Drafting, transcribing, and producing reports and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements
- Participating in meetings and addressing client inquiries
- Providing logistical assistance
- Supporting travel bookings
- Managing PPE orders for the project
- Updating CVs
- Completing and tracking necessary PAF documentation and approvals
- Offering reception coverage as needed and during lunch breaks
In addition to the responsibilities outlined, the employee may be tasked with other ad-hoc duties as required by management. These tasks will align with the employee's skills and role within the organization, ensuring flexibility in meeting the evolving needs of the company.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to perform tasks independently and within set timelines and budgets
- Proficient in using initiative and experience to identify and address opportunities and challenges as they arise
- Familiarity with PAF processes and documentation is preferred
Education and Training:
- Previous experience in an engineering environment as a Project Secretary is preferred
