Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at a specialized site.


Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, performing necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Execute routine servicing and adjustments of equipment as per the maintenance plan provided by the Building Control Coordinator.
  • Utilize a versatile skill set to ensure efficient and cost-effective task completion.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, disposing of waste materials appropriately.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Completion of a full-time apprenticeship in electrical or Building Services HVAC, along with City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 certification or NVQ Level 3.
  • Demonstrated experience in a contemporary building services maintenance setting, with a foundational understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Completion of the Electrical Installation (BS7671:2018) IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition through an accredited program is highly desirable.
