Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Operations and Maintenance team at PRS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance and project tasks, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance and project activities in London, working unsupervised on routines, diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical and some mechanical building services.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs, and customer service standards.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services, including L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, and heating system fault finding.
  • Work with a team of Senior maintenance technicians and Maintenance Technicians to deliver electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance and project activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Safe Systems of Work, including Authorised Person duties.
Requirements:
  • Maintenance experience, trade trained with significant experience in building services.
  • Level 3 C&G in electro technical discipline.
  • IET Wiring regulation 18th edition.
  • Experience of working to Safe Systems and being an Authorised Person.
  • Experience of a CAFM system.
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent in Inspection and Testing (desirable).

Employment in this role will be subject to the National Security Vetting clearance process and the passing of additional Bank security checks in accordance with the Bank policy.
