Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Electrical Planning Specialist to join our Fire and Security Operations Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating fire and electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate fire and electrical maintenance activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely and efficient provision of information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in planning and/or scheduling, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and best practices in fire and electrical safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
