Business Development Executive - PepsiCo

Location: Ilford & surrounding areas

Fixed term contract until the end of January 2025, with great opportunities to extend

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our PepsiCo AFH Team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities for growing customer distribution, improving availability and visibility, leading to increased sales of PepsiCo portfolio including Doritos, Walkers, 7 Up & Pepsi Max.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Visiting various establishments including Bakeries, Coffee shops, pubs, leisure centres and more to identify and deliver opportunities for growing customer distribution, improving availability and visibility
  • Managing your own diary and time effectively to visit cash & carry, existing customers and targeting new customer prospects
  • Being a confident seller with a keen eye for detail to ensure best product placement in store, whilst keeping up to date with key trends & observations within the sub channels you are working
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with experience within a direct sales role, however we would also consider experience within the independents/convenience sector. You will be a self-starter and be comfortable working independently. If you are a star performer with a passion for delivering outstanding results, then this is the role for you

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Please note this role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnights may be required on occasion.
