About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Engineer to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our Projects Department, you will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the quality expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with the Company project management process;
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure open communication and satisfaction throughout project delivery;
  • Manage project resources and assets to ensure effective utilization;
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely completion;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations;
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a project management/project engineering role;
  • Qualification in project management, or equivalent experience;
  • Degree in an engineering related subject;
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people at all levels in a project environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Competent in project management software and tools;
  • Ability to travel on occasion.
