Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion in the UK and European markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers across diverse industries, including Robotics, Automation, Aerospace, Medical, and Electronics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic and high-value customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy and vision of Consulo First in the UK and Europe.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record in the Industrial Automation industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to balance business development and operational management.
  • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
