Waste Management Operations Leader

Position Overview

Clancy is looking for a skilled Supervisor to lead a small team focused on the maintenance and repair of the Waste Water infrastructure.

In this role, you will oversee various technical operations related to sewer repair and upkeep, ensuring the integrity of the network.

The position demands a significant level of physical exertion, making it essential for candidates to demonstrate their capability in this area. Additionally, you should be prepared for travel as the work will involve multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all tasks assigned by management effectively.
  • Perform duties with minimal disruption to the community while achieving contract performance indicators and fulfilling client expectations.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with customers and clients, adhering to established protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in investigations related to incidents, accidents, or damages.
  • Accurately document all relevant data in management systems in a timely manner.
  • Adhere strictly to Clancy Group's health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications and Experience

We welcome applications from individuals who possess the following certifications and experience: CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid.

A valid driving license is mandatory for this supervisory position, and additional qualifications such as excavator, towing, and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are highly advantageous.
