Job Title: Clinical Lead

Job Summary:

Meridian Business Support is a leading recruitment specialist, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our client's team. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing operations within the home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care, and overseeing the care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management in the event of the Home Manager's absence
  • Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care
  • Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adults/abuse
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams
  • Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead/Deputy Home Manager
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
