Job Description**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to cater to the diverse needs of children in the early years setting, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Conduct regular observations, assessments, and record children's progress, sharing this information with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth-running setting, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures to guarantee the welfare of children.
**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
  • **Essential Qualifications:** Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, valid DBS check, and First Aid certification.
  • **Desirable Qualifications and Experience:** Previous experience working in an early years setting, additional training in child development or early years education, and experience with special educational needs (SEN).
**Working Conditions:**
  • Part-time hours in an early years setting.
  • Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
  • Work in accordance with the setting's policies and procedures.
