About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Property Lawyer to join our client, a prestigious London-based local authority, on an interim basis. The successful candidate will work independently on high-value, complex property matters, including joint ventures, developments, and large sales and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in private practice, preferably with a City law firm, dealing with high-value sales and acquisitions. They will be confident in dealing with high-value projects from initial instruction to completion with little assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently on high-value, complex property matters
  • Deal with joint ventures, developments, and large sales and acquisitions
  • Confidently manage high-value projects from initial instruction to completion
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in property law, preferably in a City law firm
  • Strong knowledge of high-value sales and acquisitions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £65-£75 via an umbrella company, hybrid working, and the opportunity to work on high-value, complex property matters.
