About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our client's HR Shared Services Team on a 6-month contract basis. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies.
  • Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases.
  • Work closely with ER & Legal to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Provide support to business projects on consultation, TUPE, and other employee relations matters.
  • Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
