About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across hardware, software, test equipment, and the entire weapon system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute test strategies, defining test equipment and testability requirements, test specification, trials planning, test and trials conduct, data analysis, documenting compliance evidence, and defect management.
  • Work with cutting-edge RF and multimode seekers in intricate weapons systems, applying innovative approaches to testing and trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and validation of complex systems.
  • Familiarity with integration processes, including Model-Based System Engineering, and testing RF, IR, or other electronic systems and sensors.
  • Utilize tools such as Matlab, Simulink, SAP, PLM/Windchill, DOORS NG/ETM, Rhapsody, Jira, Lab View, and MS Office to support integration and testing activities.
