Sales Development Representative

The Inside Sales Assistant role is a key position within our Sales and Marketing Team, focused on generating qualified leads and appointments for our sales team. As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for researching and cold calling new prospects to identify opportunities for software testing and other services.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
- Qualify leads and arrange calls/meetings between prospects and technical staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Provide regular reports on progress, calls made, and pipeline of business.
- Conduct market research and analysis of competitors.
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual who can learn quickly and work effectively with little supervision. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be able to demonstrate persistence and determination, and work closely with teammates.
