Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Continuity and Resilience Specialist to join our team at TRIA, a market-leading organisation in the energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving disaster recovery and business continuity management across the entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive disaster recovery standards, plans, and test schedules.
  • Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with company business continuity management plans.
  • Drive business continuity and IT resilience initiatives to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans, including risk assessments, impact analyses, and recovery strategies.

Requirements

  • 10 years of IT business-related experience, with 5-7 years of experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
  • Experience of planning BCM or IT continuity tests.
  • Preferably BCM/CBCP certified or ITIL foundation certificate or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
