HSEQ Manager - Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to join our team at Perpetual Engineering Partnerships Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CDM Regulations, ISO9001, and auditing/compliance management. Holding a NEBOSH or IOSH certification is essential. You will be responsible for leading H&S initiatives, ensuring quality knowledge, and maintaining IT skills and report writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead H&S initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
  2. Develop and implement quality management systems
  3. Audit and review HSEQ systems to ensure effectiveness
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HSEQ goals
  5. Provide training and guidance to employees on HSEQ policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HSEQ management
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and ISO9001
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
