Trainee Surveyor

Countrywide HQ is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join its team as a Trainee Surveyor. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will be responsible for accompanying experienced mentors on property inspections, surveys, and valuations. You will also attend formal classroom sessions to develop your skills and knowledge in surveying.

• Conduct property inspections and surveys under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Attend classroom sessions to learn about surveying techniques, data interpretation, and report writing.
• Develop proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
• Assist in compiling accurate reports and providing valuable insights to clients.

• 1 year of relevant experience and a relevant RICS accredited bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of relevant experience and a relevant RICS accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification.
• 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required) including estate agency, domestic energy assessment, and property management.
