Surveyor Trainee

Countrywide HQ is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join its team as a Trainee Surveyor. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will be responsible for accompanying experienced mentors on property inspections, surveys, and valuations. You will also attend formal classroom sessions to develop your skills and knowledge in surveying.

• Conduct property inspections and surveys under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Attend classroom sessions to learn about surveying techniques, data interpretation, and report writing.
• Develop proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
• Assist in compiling accurate reports and providing recommendations to clients.

• Relevant RICS-accredited degree or higher qualification.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in estate agency, domestic energy assessment, or property management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
