We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across a diverse range of wards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a range of rotations, including acute medicine, gastroenterology/respiratory, cardiology/care of the elderly, stroke, and surgery and orthopaedics.
- Work with a wider multidisciplinary team, including medical and surgical teams, specialist nurses, allied health professionals, nutrition team, pain team, and hospice.
- Conduct clinical reviews of inpatients, provide clinical advice to other professionals, and facilitate discharge.
- Support the dispensary and contribute to the development of the pharmacy team.
