About the Position:
As a Business Process Analyst within the Discovery & Value team of the Information Management Centre of Excellence, you will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing business workflows. Your responsibilities will include collecting and documenting requirements, spearheading process enhancement initiatives, and leading workshops to promote change and improve operations. Your proficiency in assessing change impacts and managing stakeholder relationships will be crucial for achieving successful project results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive process mapping to document and evaluate existing business workflows.
- Collect, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.
- Lead and implement process enhancement initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate and conduct workshops with various stakeholder groups.
- Execute change impact assessments and oversee change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping and analysis.
- Solid background in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Experience in conducting change impact assessments and managing transitions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with all levels of an organization.
