Role Overview

Candidate Profile

As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), you will possess a strong understanding of Care Planning processes, including Catheterisation, Wound Care, Venepuncture, and palliative care, and be well-acquainted with clinical assessment tools. You should be eager to enhance your leadership capabilities and clinical expertise, capable of forming meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and committed to driving ongoing improvements in care delivery.
