We're on a mission to revolutionize the jewelry experience at Astrid & Miyu. As a Flagship Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and deliver 5-star customer experiences through our experiential retail pillars.
  • Partner with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to integrate our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation.
  • Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions.
  • Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team.
  • Use your creativity to set team challenges and create an engaging interactive experience in store.
  • Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track.
