Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing Graduate to join our team at Reed. As a Marketing Graduate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Marketing Program Execution: Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs across various channels.
- Event Coordination: Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including logistics, registrations, vendor management, and marketing collateral.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and collaborate with brand managers to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.
- Tracking and Reporting: Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
- Marketing Brainstorming: Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions to drive innovative ideas.
- Social Media Management: Update social media accounts with standardized content.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong desire to learn, professional drive, solid understanding of marketing techniques, familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms, and good understanding of the latest marketing trends.
