Marketing Graduate Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Graduate to join our dynamic team at Reed. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with foundational marketing knowledge to embark on a professional journey in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, including email, event, social media, and content marketing.
  • Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with brand managers to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Analyse questionnaires and other forms of feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Update social media accounts with standardised content to engage with our audience.
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
