Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to enhance our growing nursing team in the Margate area. We are eager to welcome an experienced professional who is devoted to delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Nurse Management Team to ensure high-quality care for a paediatric client.
- Maintain a consistent working schedule and coordinate with Care Coordinators for effective service delivery.
- Offer one-on-one support to a child throughout the school day.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and their families, working within their home environment to meet individual objectives.
- Opportunity for advancement into supervisory or managerial positions.
Shift Details:
- Days – Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Clinical Requirements:
- Experience with Hickman Lines.
- Knowledge of Gastrostomy care.
- Ability to manage Pain Relief and Medication administration.
- Experience in handling Challenging Behaviour.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing care to complex clients, ideally in a community setting.
- Possession of a clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with a minimum of one year post-registration experience.
- Commitment to working two regular shifts each week.
- Demonstrated compassion, confidence, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to integrate smoothly into a family home environment.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
