Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will integrate into our team of eight Paramedics, providing essential services such as home visits, telephone triage assessments, and in-person consultations on the same day. You will receive comprehensive support and have the chance to expand your expertise in various areas, including the clinical management of care home residents and the oversight of patients with chronic conditions.

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will join our team of eight Paramedics, responsible for delivering home visits, conducting telephone triage assessments, and providing face-to-face consultations. You will be fully supported and have opportunities to develop in areas of interest within the practice, including the management of care home residents and patients with long-term health conditions.
