Your Role

The Assistant Boutique Manager position presents an exciting opportunity to support our growth in Edinburgh. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Boutique Manager and acting as the primary point of contact during shifts when senior management is unavailable.
  • Driving sales performance and surpassing targets through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Leading and mentoring team members to achieve their goals.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency within the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Achieve sales targets by driving team performance and store KPIs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, embodying the brand's values and encouraging your team to do the same.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Network with local and corporate clients to support revenue-generating events.

Team Development

  • Inspire the team to meet individual sales goals and provide ongoing coaching and training.
  • Manage team dynamics in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure completion of brand and product training for effective customer engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee accurate stock management and payment processing.
  • Facilitate in-store services, including engraving and aftercare.
