Your Role
The Assistant Boutique Manager position presents an exciting opportunity as we embark on our journey in Edinburgh to:
● Support the Boutique Manager and serve as the primary point of contact when you are the senior management team member on duty.
● Drive sales and surpass targets through outstanding customer service and developing a loyal client base.
● Engage in people management and coaching to achieve these objectives.
● Enhance store efficiency through effective operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Sales
● Achieve sales targets at your location by focusing on store and team performance indicators.
● Provide a consistently exceptional standard of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador and inspiring your team to do the same.
● Cultivate and maintain client relationships in accordance with Monica Vinader’s guidelines to encourage repeat business.
● Network to establish key relationships with corporate and local clients to support the HQ team with revenue-generating events.
Building a Strong Team
● Inspire the team to meet individual sales goals and performance indicators, providing ongoing coaching and training.
● Manage the team in alignment with company policies and procedures.
● Ensure completion of approved brand and product training programs to deliver consistent and effective styling advice to all customers.
Ensuring Operational Efficiency
● Implement visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
● Maintain in-store experience (cleanliness and organization) in line with brand standards.
● Keep an accurate inventory record.
● Ensure precise payment processing and cash handling.
● Oversee the appropriate processing of in-store services.
