About the Role:
This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in mixed-methods research and evaluation. You will work closely with our Crime and Justice team to design, implement, and analyze complex research projects that inform policy and practice in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through the project cycle from design to delivery
- Develop and implement mixed-methods research designs, including RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, and impact evaluations
- Lead a team of researchers and contribute to business development and bid writing
- Provide expert advice on research methodology and evaluation design
- Line manage a team of researchers and contribute to the development of the team
