Implementation Manager

At HD Tech Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Ensure all key communications are delivered on schedule and meet the required quality standards, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Client Handling: Demonstrate exceptional client management skills, adapting to changing client priorities and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Management: Oversee daily team management, including resource planning and work allocation, to ensure smooth project delivery and maximize team efficiency.
  • Budget & Resource Control: Monitor and control project resources within budget constraints, tracking costs, timelines, and quality, and addressing performance deviations as necessary.
  • Scope Management: Manage project scope and coordinate with the sales team or head of implementation to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Team Efficiency: Monitor team availability and efficiency, providing regular updates to the head of implementation and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Promote and ensure high-quality project outcomes and adherence to processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Development Coordination: Participate in the tactical development review board to align required developments with project needs, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Handover Management: Ensure smooth transitions between sales teams and project implementation, as well as from project implementation to support and account management teams.
People Management:
  • Team Mentorship: Actively manage and mentor team members, identifying development opportunities and supporting them in achieving their career objectives.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong peer relationships across all teams involved in the implementation process, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Skill Development: Enhance the project management capabilities of the team by encouraging the use of appropriate tools and facilitating relevant training opportunities.
