Job Overview

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at IQVIA Argentina, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring laboratory quality and technical systems, including assay quality control, proficiency testing review, and global laboratory meetings. You will collaborate with various teams, such as assay development, regional production laboratories, scientific review, data management, vendors, and laboratory management, to execute and fulfill duties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain global acceptance criteria for harmonized assay quality control material.
  2. Review and analyze regional laboratory investigations performed for proficiency testing failures.
  3. Update the Scientific Database with relevant assay technical data, including the establishment and maintenance of the test code system.
  4. Manage global inventory stock levels of harmonized reagents, calibrators, and quality control material.
  5. Provide training and support to Global Harmonization team and regional laboratory teams, as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or equivalent.5 years of experience in a research laboratory/clinical laboratory environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Knowledge of laboratory equipment, clinical laboratory assays, quality control, and validation procedures.Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
