We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to contribute to the success of our kitchen operations at Pertemps Bridgwater.

  • £11.44 per hour
  • 20 – 26.25 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
About the Role
  • Prepare food according to established recipes and methods
  • Prepare food for chilled and hot transportation
  • Decant and serve food as required
  • Maintain accurate food safety records
  • Refill and replace consumables
  • Keep the kitchen clean and tidy
The Ideal Candidate
  • Happy to undergo a DBS check prior to starting work
  • Experience working in a catering environment and within a team
  • Good communication and literacy/numeracy skills
  • Experience cooking/food preparation for large numbers
  • Willingness to gain a recognised catering qualification
  • Flexibility to undertake holiday cleans when required
